Beavis and Butt-head are unintelligent and have menial jobs, something Pinoy TV characters always strive to be, but they are extremely stupid and vulgar. Then they make comments on some music videos while watching on their couch. Pinoys do not like blunt comments.

Observe the syndicated talent shows on TV like Philippine Idol and you will see that the judges have to sugar-coat their comments on the performing contestants. Another note, Pinoy comedy characters are respectful to authority figures and to others, except to homosexuals, negroes, Indians, Visayans and ugly people.
